We will leave Edinburgh around 8am as it will take us around 2 hrs to reach our first stop at Alnwick Castle is a castle and country house built in the 11th century in the northern English county of Northumberland. It is the seat of the 12th duke of Northumberland, Ralph Percy and his family, the property has been remodelled a number of times
After lunch we will visit Vindolanda one of the best preserved Roman sites & museums in the UK we will then head upto Hadrians Wall for a walk and photographs.
